That by simply ignore the question that offends you the asker can assume that either you didn't find the question yet or aren't online. Somewhat like, going to a resteraunt with bad service and you don't leave a tip, the server will assume that you forgot and not correct it.
So, do you post your opinion or do you not waste your time?

one time my friend wrote the word "tip" on a napkin and drew a picture of a person frying bacon naked and screaming, with a circle around it and a line through it.

Depending on if the question was asked from pure ignorance or pure stupidity or just to get a rise out of the public. If it's ignorance then yes I answer, if it's stupidity then no I don't I just report them, and if it's to get a rise out of the public then rise I shall!

It depends! Some people just like the attention, and are beyond help, but if it is an issue that I truly care about, and I am offended by, I usually grace them with my wisdom!

if i click on an question i usualy answer it unless there are a lot of other answers all ready.
