I think psychology and hangups is the biggest reason behind not having female orgasms.

Male reluctance to perform cunnilingus is a factor also.

Each body is built differently, depends on where each person's erogenous zone is, and how her partner's body is able to get to it. Most of the sensation is within the first two inches, so male "length" is often irrelevent (except for the length of the stroke), although girth can make a difference.

Because the guy they are with doesn't know how to please her, sexually. Then there is the female, that no matter who she is with or how old she is, will NEVER know the pleasure of the ORGASM, because they don't enjoy the act of sex enough to release, relax and let the love flow. That's sad.
