Consider changing the resolution of your display so EVERYTHING is bigger.
Right Click on a blank place on your desktop and pick PROPERTIES. If you see that your screen is set to 1280 X 720, then consider setting it to 800 X 600. Everything will be displayed BIGGER, just no so much of it.
Consider a much larger monitor.. if you are using a laptop, you might be STUCK. Last week, I bought 19inch Flat Panel Monitors for one of my old customers. It turned out to be awesome for him. I got it at Newegg.com for under $200.

At the top of your internet explorer, go to "view" then "text size" then click on bigger. =)
