I have these things that look like pimples oll over my foreskin. They are fairly small and just look like little bumps. But closer to the tip of ******* there are some that are larger and they are hard inside. It feels like ******* pebbles in *******. I have tried squeezing them and popping them but they arent on the surface but deeper under the skin. I am going to see the doctor but I just want a heads up to know whats coming. I dont want to have the doctor look then tell me ******* needs to be cut off. Also if anyone knows what it is and hoe to cure it that would be greatly appreciated. Saves me the embarresment of a doctor looking at ******* then telling me that I m,astubate too much.

I am a virgin. I have not had sex.
I know this sounds sick but I put in genital warts

Some things need to be seen to be diagnosed and I would really advise you to discuss your concerns with a health care provider. With that said I would reassure you that if you are NOT sexually active then there is NO POSSIBILITY that this is a sexually transmitted illness. The penis has small (about 1 millimeter) bumps normally. If they don't hurt and are not growing and every thing works then I doubt that there is anything seriously wrong. There are some skin conditions that should be addressed by a doctor but you need to see it to treat it. However, the purpose of seeing a doctor is really to let them help you understand what the issue is that you are worried about.

sounds like a variety of papiloma virus or similar so seeing your doctor (or more approprately your doctor seeing you) is a good idea. There's nothing serious about most of these and some are easily treatable. In any event, if your doctor suggests cutting off anything (such as your foreskin) it's time to find a better doctor.

the other possibility is they could be sweat glands or hair follicles as mentioned in this response:
"The bumps you refer to are nothing more than hair/sweat follicles which sit inside the thin skin of the penile shaft. As the penis becomes erect these follicles stand out more prominently. I suspect this is part of the cunning plot of nature as the vagina will be more stimulated by these bumps. If you need confirmation take a look at the dildos on sale in sex shops. For goodness sake, if only for the sake of your partner at least, do not even consider getting rid of these perfectly normal sexy bumps you lucky, lucky man."

So, it is probably nothing serious at all. Maybe the worst part will be having to bare all for your doctor and find out that your embarassment is your worst problem.

Let us know how it goes though.

Um.. to the girl above. "ewwww" That's an awful thing to say. You are not encouraging him to go see a doctor. How would you feel if you were insecure about something and someone said that to you. He's asking for help not to be made fun of. If you don't have a mature comment. Don't say anything.
As for your question, it could be pimples, it could also be some kind of alergic reaction or rash. It's not from masturbation so don't worry about that. Go see the doctor for sure, don't be embarrassed. It's definately not going to be cut off. Maybe you'll take a pill, or use some kind of ointment for a while. Maybe he'll just tell you to wash up more down there (especially if you are uncut.) Don't worry about it, if it's not a sexually transmitted disease, it's no big deal.

These are most likely some fordyce spots. Have a look at them on Wikipedia and see for yourself. And if you feel you are masturbating too much, you might want to check out a penis health creme called Man1 Man Oil. It is made specifically for guys who partake in this activity and will help keep the skin from becoming chafed, dry and irritated. It is a very helpful product. I know this from experience. Good luck to you.

Masterbating will not cause the pimples - My guess is that it may be a rash from poor hygiene or too tight of underwear - try switching to boxers and looser fitting pants and see if that helps - The doctor will probably prescribe a topical antibiotic in case it's a bacterial infection.

I'm pretty sure that no doctor will ever suggest that you penis needs to be cut off.

Get used to dropping your pants in front of a doc. The women will tell you that they do it all the time, and are probably laughing right now 'cause you don't wanna drop trou. In a few years, the doc will be stickin his finger up your butt every year. After that, it gets worse.

These small white dots are part of the skin of the penis and you really don't having anything to worry about. Good that you are seeing a doctor. Have him check everything while your pants are down.

Dude what's wrong with you maybe you should stop master bating and get laid and don't worry you might just have syphilis which means you'll just get a penicillin shot which wouldn't hurt and the doctor wont look at your **** to long.
GOOD LUCK
PS: Use protection!
