Who cares what others think. If these people are your firends, they have already accepted your ways. For those that can't get over it, just makes your life easier having to weed out the bad apples. Loud, hyper people can be annoying sometimes but that is how they are. You can either accept or deny who you really are. Have fun being yourself, You only live once, love what you got.

No, has nothing to do with self confidence...if anything, you have a lot of it. Which is good. People who actually act goofy as you say and hyper, are great people with personalities. Trust me, if you just sit there, they're gonna think you are dry and too quiet. I'm pretty much the same way you are. There is never a dull moment when I'm around my family and friends, and strangers at that. Don't try to change yourself. Being yourself is what we are put on this earth for.

You need more self confidence. I think that maybe you act goofy as a way to get people to like you. You need to just be yourself and not act like something that you are not.

be more natural, you are who you are there is no need to try to impress everyone, people will like you for you. there is a such thing as being bubbly, I have a few friends like that, they are cute, but they also know how to be serious under it.
