have you noticed when bugs bunny is in the dark he lights a match to see, and he is allways eating carrots.

The whole carrots/vision thing is a myth. It's right up there with the tooth fairy, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, etc.

It's a myth that grew out of WWII disinformation spread by the Allies to confuse the Germans. Read up on it -->

Carrots are definitely good for your eyes. They have vitamin A in them, which helps you see better. Of course, bugs bunny is just a cartoon so lighting a match is probably just so the audience can see him when he's in the dark :)

i think i see the problem. bugs bunny eats carrots RAW. they may need to be cooked before they are good for your eyesight.

bugs is a fictional character and he eating a carrot is just for the show. carrots are good for you

hate to break the bad news to you, but bugs bunny isnt real. carrots are good for you, and not just your eyes. they are full of beta karotin.

In the real world carrots are good for sight. Cartoons can do anything.

when i was little i would always eat carrots before we took ourhearing and seeing test and the day before the test my dad wouldnt but any and he told me that it was just something people say to make their kids eat carrots.............THE END!

Good eyesight doesn't mean seeing in the dark though.

When I think of "good eyesight" I think of 20/20 vision.
