Alexander the Great believed to be one of the great kings of ancient Macedonia. In his short 13 year reign as king, he conquered more land than any other king in his time. At the age of twenty-two, he was crowned king of Greece. Shortly afterwards, he aquired most of Egypt and was made a Pharoah, which to the Egyptians meant he was a god. He accomplished this feat with an army that seldom exceeded 40,000 men and with an array of bold, revolutionary ideas about the conduct of war and the nature of government.
Alexander was the son of King Philip, who also was a great conqueror. In fact, if his son's legend had not surpassed him, he would probably be a leading figure inGreek history. Alexander's father made sure his son had the best education. Aristotle was one of the finest teachers and philosopher of his time, and his studies are still used to this day. For three years, Alexander learned under Aristotle's instruction.
Alexander was not the kind of king who yelled commands at his subject or merely sent them to battle. He was always on the front lines directing the attack. Through broken bones, punctured organs, and vital wounds that would put others out of comission, Alexander fought with his comrades in the thick of battle and never lost.

Now, the rest of the story. Alexander not only went back to Egypt and forcifully took the thrown, but he also had all of their books of knowledge burned. Considering he learned from Aristotle who along with Socrates and Plato gained their knowledge from visiting Africa and brought the knowledge back to Greece which was initially rejected, but eventually made Greece what it is currently most revered for today... This is how the western world gained such a upper hand...And yes my friends, beyond a shadow of a doubt the great and intellectual Egyptians were black as was the city before it with Pyramids we never heard of called Nubia located in Sudan, mostly ruled by female Pharoahs. Everything you know is a deception. Seek information documented by people that don't look like us and your jaw will drop.

it's not just the conquering he did. Others have also conquered. It's what he did. he is one of the few humans who are pivotal in history. He single handed changed the route of history and because of him the west is what it is. He established the Hellenic culture through out the known world. He was never defeated he never lost a battle and he did it all in a very short time. It takes us 10 years to become MD and he changed the world in only 13 years.

That's pretty much why he was famous, If he didn't conquer any of those places he wouldn't of been a known figure of history.
