First you want to examine that the router is truly "on the spot compatable". if its no longer then you quite favor a sparkling router. Then be particular that the cable that takes the web into your homestead (the only which would want to bypass into you computer in case you didnt have a router (ring up your internet service to be certain the position)), is going into the major port of your router. Then be particular your different computer's are plugged into the different ports of the router. Then in this kind of computer's, open up your internet browser and kind "192.268.0.a million" and hit enter. in case you want to login achieve this, (in case you havent set a password the username will be Admin or administrator and the password will be password) Then search for through the web page till you detect some thing equivalent to "on the spot settings" or "safe practices settings" once you detect them, both set a password you could keep in mind, or turn them off. wish this helps as your Q wasnt very descriptive

Reset your router- should have a tiny recessed button, use a pen or a paper clip- but all your settings will be erased to factory default. You will need to set everything up again.

I do believe you need to dial into it. That means from the one that is connected to it you need to enter the IP address. You can then log in with admin for user and admin for password and remove the security block. It won't put your pc at risk, but others will be able to access the connection. Email me if you don't know how to get the IP address.
