Because it is less acceptable for a woman to be unattractive. Just think about it. You have all these guys walking around with big old beer bellies, and their belts under their bellies (like they're tring to hold it up or something!!). And then women have all of these images that they are supposed to fit into to be considered attractive. It's sad that we starve ourselves to get noticed or accepted by people.

I guess you are NOT a gay man......take a look around my dear men find men more attractive than women.....at least many of the good looking and successful men.........I love men personally and don't find women to be more attractive than men although I must say it's tough to find a good man period!
I guess you've never been to Fire Island to any Tea Dances? Lot's of good looking males.....ashame they like each other though....lol

Because although girls are much prettier than most men they tend to go for the rugged unwashed unshaven men thinking they are attractive! (I guess girls got it in the looks department but someone left out the brains)!
