Depends on what hemisphere you are in (Northern hemisphere's summer is Southern hemisphere's winter and vice versa) and what religion you belong to (some religions require their adherents to fast during certain times of the year).

I FEEL IT WOULD BE JULY BECAUSE OF THE HEAT AND ALL THE ACTIVE THINGS TO DO AND THE FOURTH IT USALY IS JUST PICKNIKS NOT SO MUCH FOOD STUFF LIKE THANKSGIVING OR EASTER OR CHRISTMAS....
