he is reffering to himself as GOD since God is the highest, he is saying HOVA kinda to hide that he is reffering to himself as the most high. You see god's name is JeHOVAh if you read ur bible its at psalms 83:18 plain in simple.haha look out beyonce, ur boyfriend thinks he's god or something lol
