i have a felony level(2) poss cocaine, deferred adjudicatoin, terminated ,served 6 years propbation and completed probation back in 1992, it still shows on my criminal record report, regardless if it is deferred people see it and it raises eyebrows, i have payed the price in looking for jobs for years, when they see poss cocain, can i get this off and how? please help! i am so tired of wondering what people are thinking of me ,and loosing out on opportunities.and being judged,

Records appear even after service of the penalty. It is the purpose of records that a person had committed misdemeanors in the past for evaluation. Thus, people should not commit any crime because it will have a life-long effect.

Then go back to selling it! Just be a little smarter this time because they're after the ice dealer's and don't bother with the coke dealers unless you do it in public. Hehe, just a thought. Otherwise, you could wait 3 years and have it expunged at the state office, depending on how many convictions you have.
