I t can often be uncomfortable to share your feelings wit someone you have a crush on. If you like the girl,tell her.Just be prepared for the consequences. You may get grief from the bf and the girl herself. But at least she will know how you feel.

it depends.if you dont know her its going to be a little difficult.try giveing her a letter explaining how you feel about her.but if you do know her talk to her in person and tell her you really like her and thought she should know even though it might makes things a little awkward between the two of you.but if you see that shes happy with her boyfriend wait until they break up.oh and try talking to her first of all.

I believe that you should wait, try to get to know her first, and what I mean by that is see how she treats her boyfriend see if they always argue and if they do then you might not want to be with her later on in life in the same situation. You should always observe people first before you think you want to talk to them

For your own sanity, leave it be.
If she breaks up with her boyfriend, then make a move, but don't be the 'other man', it's not ethical and could create more problems for both of you.

You don't, find someone who is single. There is always a risk, when you "rock the boat" you might fall in and the waters just may swallow you up.

if she is happy, then leave her alone....or atleast wait until something happens to the relationship..and then don't pounce immediately...move in as a friend...and let that friendship grow into something else

it's called setting yourself up to have your butt kicked... leave it alone... there are plenty of other women out there to spend time with and get to know... if it was your girlfriend would you be happy about it???
