There are many reactions that have 3 elements or more in them.
Single Replacement, Combustion.
Combustion of Methane has 3 elements - C, H and O.
CH4 + O2 = CO2 + H20
Double replacement and Acid Neutralization may have 4 or more elements in them. You need to consult a chemistry book to find out the exact reaction products.
Not all elements will react with other elements. Some are stable by themselves and never react.
