If the system is very slow or locks when trying to launch an application or course, you may need to clear your content cache.

1.Under the control pannel , select Internet Options.

2.On General Tab Click the delete cookies button.

3.Click the deleted files button and check the option & press ok.

4.Click on Content Tab -- Click on Clear SSL State Button & press ok.

5. On same Tab Click on AutoComplete Button -- Click on Clear Forums -- Click on Clear Passwords -- press ok to come on the internet properties window.

6. Click on Advanced Tab & Click Restore Defaults button.

7.Click on Programs Tab & Click Reset Web Settings -- press ok.

Don`t worry Back web agent isn`t a virus its the engine that controls your news and information updates if you don`t need it or don`t know how it got there go to add and remove programs if its on the list uninstall it if not you can try this
start----run----type "msconfig"in the box
select the tab start up____UN check Back web
restart your computer
this won`t remove it but should stop it starting up
if none of these work(i think they should) check some of the forums yahoo anti spy community is one and there`s some really help full people on there who can help you and they know loads more than me

Buy norton security suite or the like and run the full scan, DO NOT BUY A NEW COMPUTER, thats a waste of money and is unneccesary, if worse comes to worse and no matter what you do you cant get rid of the virus you could just wipe the computer and reinstall windows, it will be as good as new....

from what i can read of you situation you most likely have a virus. Its hard o fix viruses sometimes unfixable. I don't mean toscare you but it is the truth. I once had a computer who didn't let me end tasks by pressing ctrl, alt, del, because i had virus. it was a uncleanable virus. So i had to get a new computer. I recommend you to get a virus san right now,to see if you ave a virus.
