my school football team loses alot

i would def say yes cause no matter if your losing or winning the cheerleaders keep on cheering the def help alot with school spirit

Cheerleaders do not affect the outcome and cheerleading has turned into its own grotesque sport rather than a means to get the crowd to make noise for the team. Your team probably needs bigger linemen, more aggressive defensive backs, more skilled receivers and a better quarterback.
On the other hand, there was a cheerleader named Deb at my high school who liked me. I wonder what she's doing now.....

Every school needs cheerleaders! This way if your team looses as much as you say, at least you have something interesting to watch.
