I beleive their are more rats than humans shall we say around 100,Million.But they dont have to complete census forms so its only a guess.

Lots. Over 60 million.

I have a friend whose Dachshund is a well-known rat killer. Really! One day last month he killed 4 rats. Or maybe 5. We couldn't tell.

I was once told that there is a rat for evey man,woman and child in the UK, so that would make it approximately 60 million.

Not sure how accurate this figure is, but it's a starting point.

There is supposed to be a rat 9 feet from where you stand in every direction...But that is a supposed to be!

I don't know about the rest of the UK. But in London for every person in London they say there are four rats to each person. ewwwww gives me the creeps even thinking about it.

I heard that when you are out of doors you are only 5 meters from a rat where ever you are!!!
