Does she know that you like him? Just tell her how much you like him. If she tries to get with him, knowing that you liked him, then she was never a true friend, because its possible that she likes him too.

It's better to talk to your friend about it now then let it build up and result in a burst of anger at her. calmly tell her how you feel.

Just move on or tell her that you don't like him anymore adn maybe she will stop or she will flirt more.
