Yes. Many people don't realize this but, the subliminal message is that the jingle bell "sound" is obligatory in Christmas music in general. Have you noticed how many songs use those jingly jingle bells as part of the instrumentation?

Backwards was kool... what makes you a bastard is by playing it forward. Now I've got "Jingle Bells" going through my head for the next hour or two. You could have at least picked a version where the guy didn't sound like he was singing out the side of his neck.
