Does putting moisturizing cream on before sunbaking or while, increase chances of getting a tan?

Yes! If your skin is not moisturized, it will not hold a tan or the pores will not open as much to do anything.

Don't stay out in the sun. It will age your beautiful young skin, give you wrinkles, and may cause cancer.
