Nothing wrong 100%. If the guy is happily married, then there is no way he will stray from his wife. Who says men and women can't be friends?

you wanna date and be married ????? your kidding right ??? happily married??? not for long, although your wife chooses not to go or what ever you should never be cuaght alone with another woman for any reason..... i like you had a best friend and it was a she, she and i had long since been good friends and confided in each other about every thing we never broke the threshold of friendship although we could have becuase we are both grown adults. when i met my future wife my friend knew from the word go what the future held for our friendship. my wife and i see her occastionally but i dont see her unless i know her boyfriend is there or my wife is with me, you may trust yourself and you may even trust your female freind. and you two may never have given your wife a reason to distrust you, the fact remains even if your friend was a male you dont date. your wife should be respected and loved enough to never make her jelouse of another woman.... you wouldnt let your wife go out on dates with other men and if did then your marriage will soon be over

There is no problem with a married man spending time with a woman not his wife. The key to he situation is the strength of the guys marriage. Hopefully he and his wife have the trust needed to allow the friendship to continue.

My best friend is a guy who is married. We occasionally do things without his wife, but it's always after she has declined an invitation to come along, too. (Occasionally, she even suggests that we go out so she can have some private time at home!)
It should only be done if your wife is totally cool about it and, really, she should be invited too. Then if she declines but says for y'all to go ahead, it's probably ok. Otherwise, I think it's probably not really a good idea.

This can be a touchy subject. The happily married guy should ask his wife what she thinks, in order to avoid being not-so-happily married. I personally wouldn't want my BOYfriend to do that, especially when alcohol is involved. Honestly, talking it out is the best way to go.

How would you feel if your wife hung out with a male friend like that, even if he was married? I think that you are putting yourself in a sticky situation. I personally think its a bad idea. Your married now, go to the movies, get a drink with your wife.

the man can do anything as Long as his wife knows about it and she is also OK with it. she has to know about the drinking and the movies too. i am sure no wife will be comfortable with knowing her husband is taking another woman to the movies or to get some drinks. why not take your wife? maybe your friend likes you. why can't the friend go out with her other male friends? would you be ok with a man taking your wife to a dark movie theatre? like i said as long as the wifey is cool with it.

I think that it would be wrong. I am married and I would be hurt if I found out that my spouse was spending free time with another woman.. BEST FRIEND OR NOT! Friendships like this change when you are married. If you love your wife i think you should spend time with her doing these things. If your friend is sooo great that you have to be with her in this way WHY DIDN'T YOU MARRY HER?

It's wrong if:
1. Your wife doesn't know about it
2. Your wife doesn't approve of it
3. You're hanging out with her too much that it's taking time away from having quality time with your wife.
If u want to hang around her, it would be wise to first introduce her to your wife and then cut down on your time spent with her. Afterall, the things u mentioned doing with your friend are things u should be doing with your wife instead.
