I am really serious about my answer. Find a good psychic. Call a few police departments and ask for a detective. Ask the detective if they ever use a psychic to help solve their cases. If so, find out how accurate the psychic is. I have heard of one from Arkansas that is really good and several police departments use when the trail gets cold. I know she is from central Arkansas, but cannot remember if she is from Hot Springs or Little Rock, but I bet one of the police departments from that area knows her name and phone number. Have you thought about bringing a civil case against the guy and see if he will have to serve some more time or never be able to own anything the rest of his life? Good luck and I really feel for you.

Try a private investigator, the cops aren't the greatest at what they do. they are just the only ones doing it. I have better investigative skills than half of the FBI, but I'd tell the boss to shove the paperwork up his *ss. Try the PI maybe youcan get some details that can help, maybe even find the weapon.

Well if the killer is still alive and there is no restraining order against the two of you ask him why.Either by letter or a permitted visit .
Since no weapon was found the court gave him the minimum sentence allowed on circumstantial evidence.

this is very easy for me to say having never been in that situation but, I think its time for some vigilante justice, I would take my chances with the jury. Unless of course it was some type of self defense.

LIKE I SAID TAKE MATTERS IN YOUR OWN HANDS< no juror could possibly convict you if you were convicted IMHO it would be worth going to jail.
