I disagree with some of the answers. According to how the question is worlded the layers of tectonic plates should be restricted to the lithosphere, since that is where the tectonic plates are located. The oceanic lithosphere is composed of the upper mantle, layered gabbros, sheeted mafic dikes, pillow basalts and pelagic sediments (if my memory serves me right). Any discussion of continental layers is difficult at best, due to the wide variability of continental make-up. A ganeral scheme (once again, from memory) might be upper mantle, granulites, igneous and metamorphic basement crystalline rocks (mostly granite and gabbro), sedimentary rocks and sediments.

Going in deeper. Crust, Mantle, Outer Core, and Inner Core.
But if you want to get detailed...

The crust and the uppermost layer of the mantle is called the Lithospere. The Asthenosphere is the region in the upper mantle of the earth's interior, characterized by low-density, semiplastic (or partially molten) rock material chemically similar to the overlying lithosphere.
