Mandarin Chinese will be the most spoken language, actually it is the most spoken because the mandarin population is the greater in the world, but English is the commercial most spoken language used in trade and business, but since the boom of Chinese industrial and commerce I believe Chinese will be the dominate language

I don't know but my Business teacher said the language of successful business regions becomes very popular over time and the said that Mandarin would be the dominant language soon to come...I dont know how much validity to base that on but who Knows. But I found this article even though its from 2004.

I'm sure Chinese will remain the most common spoken language in the world. However, hundreds of millions of Chinese are learning English nowadays, so English will probably remain the #1 international langugae.

Probably English...Hard to say though..Some form of chinese is probably "most spoken."
But I think English is spoken in the most countries.

i'm guessing english since most countries now are having classes on it. but spanish is spreading through out the us...and chinese isn't far behind! so who knows...
