I think that I am fairly healthy... I eat quite well, I exercise at least 3 times per week for at least an hour at a time, I talk to my family and friends for my mental health, I drink about 6 glasses of water per day... I don't smoke and I rarely drink.

Me personally? Not very. I've recently had surgery, so I've been watching my weight go up, my blood pressure is no longer considered low, and walking 2-3 miles a day is slowing down these problems, supposedly, but everything's still going up.
