If by worn out you mean that it is getting thin, then get a new one soon. If by worn out you mean it just shakes when you go to stop, have it resurfaced. If it was only the one side you need to have them check for a sticking caliper or a hose that is collapsing, either one can cause the brake to hang on that side and your new rotor and pads won't last long.

No it's not safe. Get a brake job done promptly before you have an accident. Midas and several other brake shops will do you a good job at a reasonable cost and guarantee the work.

Depends....has it cut itsself in half yet, is it cracked, or are we talking about just a warped rotor? It's OK to drive on a warped rotor, just get it fixed when you can, you may end up doing damage to your tires or other brake components in the long run, but it should be OK to drive 5 to 10 thousand miles. If only 1 is bad ,then you may also have a sticky caliper.Change them both.So you dont wear out the new rotor when you do change it.

i own a repair shop,,and no its not safe to drive like that,if that one is bad the others may be getting as bad as it is,,id have it repaired before it caused me to have an accident and maybe hurt someone,or your self,,it really is dangerous to drive like that,,i hope you get it repaired as soon as possible,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Technically, no. But if you're not hearing grinding metal, then you have some time before you must change it or get it resurfaced.
