I really do not like him as Shawn. He does not have that same quality as The other one did.

Brandon Beemer will probably be fine. It takes time for a young actor who's hired mostly for his good looks to actually become a decent actor. Keep in mind that Jason Cook left at his own volition, so Days was forced to recast. Since the show budget has been slashed, they had to go with an inexperienced actor. Have patience with any recast.

Brandon Beemer is here to stay for now playing the role of Shawn-Douglas Brady. Jason Cook's contract ended and he decided not to renew to pursue other things.
I like Cook better but I will say that I like the Shawn transaction a lot better then that of Belle. I still can't get used to Martha Madison and really don't like Belle anymore because of Madison. Oh well we shall see...

I watch the soap channel and I don't during the day watch Days Of Our Lives I watch the CBS soaps. I'm confused. I didn't know who it was.
