To remember that happiness comes from within. To remember that one can be happy even while dealing with difficult problems.
I think another key to happiness is to develop a spirit of thankfulness and to focus on the things in life that are going well, not on the things that aren't going so well.

Get involved in several different things you like and try to grow in each area. This way no matter what bad thing happens day to day in one area, at least some part of you life should be doing great.

happiness is temporary....joy lasts longer and runs deeper.
I think of this quote as a short-cut strategy:
"It will soon pass"
Of course, this refers to good times as well as bad times. But it's just a kind of way to keep me going...let me know things are gonna turn upward.

Clean your side of the street try and improve spiritually each day help others as best you can. Most importantly don't take life too serious and don't take it personal its over too quick .
