i've been working on my 6 pack by eating a low fat diet. Riding the tread mill. Drinking a protein shake every day, and sit ups and leg lefts for about 2-3 month and I am starting to see definition.

You will never get a six pack from just doing situps. You might have the muscles, but if you don't do cardio as well you will have a layer of fat that hides the muscle.

It would probably take a few months of situps and cardio working out (and diet) to get a nice six pack, but the health benefits would be worth it!

Its not just doing situps, you also have to do cardio to burn fat, eat right, and lifting weights will help you burn more calories. And make sure you do them correctly.
