I don't have clue what other people spend. I spend about $1300.

I was shocked when I worked it out. I spend about $1500 and still don't have a thing to wear.

I really don't know,it would depend on the person if they have plenty of money
If they don't have much money way less than $500
If they are rich well the sky is the limit

Far too much. It is only necessary to have enough clothing to cover you and protect you from the weather.
