Well, that would depend on why you're not interacting - is it because you don't want to, or because you're afraid to? If you don't want to, that's your choice. But, if you WANT to but don't know how to go about it, that's something else.
If, like your user name, you're just 'too shy', maybe you can talk with your parents or a counselor about it. One of the best ways to meet people at school is just to smile and say "hi". You'd be surprised at how receptive the kids at your school probably are.
When I was in school, I always wondered why a few kids were loners. I didn't think anything negative about them though. I just always thought school was much more fun having friends to help me irritate the teachers. It wouldn't have been half as much fun irritating them by myself. lol!
If you don't want to interact with anyone at your school, that's cool. But, if you do, try to take steps to make that happen. It's not as difficult as you think.

That is perfectly normal and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I wouldn't think anything bad about you. If you want to keep to yourself you have every right. But if you wanted a friend I would be there.
