It's probably easiest to just copy and paste the message text you want to forward and paste it into a new message, then send.

Click on forward.... insert address....
write your message....then
highlight addresses or whatever you do not want to forward.... sometimes, you can delete several sentences...and sometimes... you have to do just a line at a time....until all addresses, personal messages from other people,etc.. are erased.... THEN you are ready to SEND.....with a nice clean email.....I usually add my name in bcc so I can see exactly how it came through....keep trying....you can even do this to yourself as a forward to practice on....good luck....VLN

First highlight the portion of the message that you would like to forward and right click on it. Click copy and then go to compose or create email.
Left click in the blank portion or body portion of the email and right click again. Click paste, and send it to whomever you like!
