My boss says it was cuz I miss work a couple times a week and he thinks I'm smokin crack on break, which is none of his bizness what I do on break, and some stupid hole complained bout sexual harassment just cuz I liked to touch her a little bit, but I know they wouldna fired a white person for that. Im sicka workin my *** off jus to get dissed by the white man. Should I find a lawyer?

First of all, can you prove what you're saying? If so, then contact the EEOC, Civil Rights Commision, and the Labor Board in your state. However, since you have "dissed us" by calling us "dawgs", I don't feel you have a leg to stand on. Your attitude needs to change. When you work for someone, you are supposed to represent them/or the company. It is only what you would expect as an employer. I wish you good Karma. You will need it.

No, you need to get a clue! No boss is going to put up with that mess. Doesn't matter what color your skin is. And you're lucky if they don't press charges against you for sexual harassment! How is missing work, smoking on break and sexual harassment workin your a** off for the man? You give people who wants to get ahead in life a bad name.

Look here DOG! In case you didn't know, once you start touching women without their consent, you're in deep S**T. And about missing some days out of a week from work, there are a lot of other people who would die to probably have your job and work every day just to get a good check. So you better think twice.
