This could be the first tie in the NFL in a long time. I'll go with the raiders by 5 in a hunch. I like Walter at QB and that may become a good hookup with Randy Moss similair to Brad Johnson and Koren Robinson in Minnesota last year. If there's any success between these two, that could open the game up for Lamont Jordan and the running game, he needs to back up his talk anyways as he said the offense needs to step it up. The Browns are the worst team vs. the run ever! I like the raiders in a high scoring disasterously ugly game.

Are you talking outright, or against the spread? If you are talking about the latter, do yourself a favor and go against the Raiders until Vegas realizes they are an NFL Europe team playing in the United States. Either way, I'm going with the Browns.
