I don't like how they treated Edna Bambrick. They got all cooperate on her and kicked her off yahoo. Imagine, a big multibillion dollar company scared of the popularity of an old lady. All reference to her was deleted including this answer probably.

It makes me angry when a serious question is answered with things such as "go kill yourself" and when I specifically asked a question for Aussie only and get a smart **** answer from an American that knows nothing about the question I asked.

yea....the tech support/help center for messenger is completely incompetent!!! i've put in soooo many complaints about a guy from morocco repeatedly harassing me on IM & they just keep telling me the same crap over & over again that doesn't work!!! They just keep telling me to use ignore & I keep telling them that I am but he manages to get past it EVERY time. GRRRRRRR.
I finally have just been getting on every day & making sure to add his name to my ignore list......
