First of all, if you suspect you are pregnant you aren't supposed to continue taking your pills. You may cause a miscarriage by doubling up your doses like that. The same hormones are in the morning after pill as in regular birth control pills, just a lot stronger. You are supposed to resume taking your pills as you have before and use a barrier method of birth control such as a condom through the rest of your cycle, as you may also trigger ovulation by not taking your pill the same time of day.... I suggest you get to the doctor and have a blood test to find out if you are truly pregnant, so you can rest easy. And if you want to be pregnant as you say-- then why are you on the pill in the first place?

When in doubt take a test...
wait until time for your period...and try it...STOP TAKING THE PILL NOW...I don't understand why you are on the pill...if you want to get pregnant...if you are not sure about wanting to get pregnant...then do NOT have sex while you are off of the pill...and know for sure whether you are pregnant or not...if you want to make sure and don't trust the results of an at-home pregnancy test...then contact your dr...they can run blood tests...which can usually detect a pregnancy earlier than an at-home test...Goodluck...which ever way you are truly wanting it to go...

First of you would never be able to tell if you just missed your pills. The sickness you are feeling is probably hormones from missing the pills. Testing wont help till your period is due. If you want to be pregnant why are you on the pill?

Just out of curiosity, if you both want to have a baby, why are you on birth control? Anyway, I would just go get a test and take it, just to be sure... and if the test comes up negative, but you are still feeling weird after a couple of days, head to the doc for a blood test. Whatever you do, STOP TAKING YOUR BIRTH CONTROL. If you are pregnant, the hormones could cause you to miscarry.
