Socket A 3200? Abit NF7-S rev2.
For a Socket 939 3500, I'd suggest either an Abit KN8 Ultra (SLI version if you want SLI) or DFI NF4 Lanparty Expert. Both are great motherboards. The Abit KN8's can run high HTT's if you're into overclocking, say around 330mhz, and they're as cheap as crud.
