I could just be full of it, but ice cream with a minty flavour seems to help me. Also, after a hard day at work, some of my worst headaches turned out to be (at least partly) from dehydration, so water did the trick (I figure, as I had tried everything else). I've been getting a few lately from not eating, and from caffeine withdrawl.

massage your temples in a circular motion ..clock and counter wise...i do that and seems to get the blood flowing

you can go get this head on thingy and its this tube thingy and you put it on your head, or you can get a pepermint or get something that smells pepperminty.
