i cant open my jar of pickles. and im so hungry

Whenever I can't open a jar I put on my yellow dish gloves. I guess it gives you a better grip.

Bang on the outer lid with the blunt end of a butter knife until you've created little "ridges" around the outside. Now try again. I got my jar of pickles opened this morning...........

angle the jar with the lid facing down, smack the bottom with your palm, it should make a popping noise. That usually loosens it up enough to open. Sometimes you have to swish it around & then try it again.
If you have a rubber glove or something, that will give you a better grip too.

Use a knife. Bang the edges of the jar lid. It makes it easier to open.

Make sure your hands are completly dry so that you can grip the jar. Then, twist it off! You have to be strong at a time like this. Good luck.

bang the top of the jar lid on the edge of a chair or get a butter knife and try to like fold up the cap, that should loosen it.

hit the bottom of the jar 2wice and then try ta open it up

turn the jar over hold firmly and smack the bottom of the jar with your hand

take superglue, put it all over your hand, superglue ur hand to the top of the jar, and the other hand to the side... turn ur hand... you'll either get the jar off or rip a WHOLE bunch of skin off... either way I'll laugh... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

I usually hit the top edges on the concrete or wood. Then keep on doing it around the top. Should work. Good Luck!!!!
