I am 15 and i think im pretty im 5ft 8 dirty blond hair and blue eyes. I like a guy in one of my classes me always flirt but neither of us has done anything else he doesnt have a girlfriend and i dont know if he is into me and if so should i make a move?

Go for it, but understand that since guys don't get asked as often, they can be taken by suprise and if they aren't interested, may be rather clumsy -- unintentionally hurting your feelings, in turning you down.
(Girls have more practice at nicely saying "not this time").

guys LOVE it when a girl makes the first move. But the main question in this scenario is exactly what are you moving towards... sometimes the guy and girl have different opinions on the what the move MEANS. That might not make sense to you now, but eventually it will.

OK u said guys only but i have good advice OK in my experience a guy likes a girl who knows what she wants and goes for it the only precaution i have is if he hasn't sent any signals towards you don't try it i don't think any one likes to be hurt but if he flirts with you and isn't just a flirty guy go for it if you want any more help contact me I'm happy to help!!!!
