you could try puttin makeup over it like a foundation, or if you have any skin care products in your house use those and put a good amont on the pimple, noxzema usually works for me

Tea Tree Oil.
It is a natural antibiotic. You can get it at a healthfood store, or you can find it in the vitamin aisle at Target.

for just a few zits, try Bye Bye Blemish drying lotion. it delivers results overnight. however, be sure to apply it ONLY and directly on the pimple, or else it could dry ur skin, especially if it's sensitive. and don't touch your skin, that could create more blemishes. :)
