To have electricity and water and sewage. To also educate your children and provide laws and safety with in the United States through our Government system. If you don't pay there is anarchy, just like the Bush tax breaks are causing the inflation to rise. It works in the opposite of freedoms the Conservatives never could understand.

Because you take for granted every day the things your taxes pay for. Law, education, transportation, and many, many more things. You don't want to pay taxes? Don't use the police, roads, schools, sidewalks, state forests, judges, or anything else funded by the government.

Not to mention the Armed Forces that fought to give you the right to protest taxes in the first place.

You don't have to. But if you don't men with guns will come, take all your stuff and sell it. Then throw you in jail. Thats the way our system works.

The other option is to not work and demand that the government go get the money from someone else, and share the loot with you.
