A mustang is a hardy, free-roaming horse of the North American west, descended primarily from horses brought to the Americas by the Spanish conquistadors. Because of the image of the wild horse of the west as possessing hardiness, grace, speed, and independence, the name "Mustang" is popular for high-performance products and for sports mascots.
A bronco, or bronc is an untamed horse.
The term comes from the Spanish language word bronco, meaning "rough", which in Mexican usage also describes a horse [1]. It was then borrowed and adapted in USA cowboy lingo, sometimes spelled "broncho". Many other instances of cowboy jargon were similarly borrowed from Mexican cowboys, including words such lariat and buckaroo, which are in turn corruptions of the Spanish la riata and vaquero.

Controls: Mustang has two 3-way pick-up selectors while none in Bronco.
Tuners:Mustang has Nickel tuners while Bronco haschrome.
Fingerboard: Mustang fingerwood has Brazilian rosewood while Bronco got Indian rosewood.
Finish: Mustang has Dakota Red with nitrocellulose lacquer finish while Bronco has a finish of Fiesta Red with polyester lacquer.
Body: Mustang has 2-piece alder while bronco has one.
