Trucking: How do I pick a good company to work for to start with no experience?

If you can possible afford the school by your self, then pay for it and the good companies will come to the school and hire you from there........alot of them have a system where they pay you back for your schooling.

I have heard that Werner's are good and English [both can be found by search engine.

Talk to there drivers. They will tell the truth. Also how many of the drivers have been there for over a few years. And what is there turn over rate. some company have a turn over rate of 120% heck they should just fire the recruiter and pay better to the drivers.
