Use white deodorant and not the clear stuff.
Carry it with you and apply it liberally when needed.
Prop your arms up when you can.
Try baby powder as well.

My husband claims his armpits get chafed with stick deodorant and only uses spray. Sometimes powder will help chafing.

Bathe more frequently. I've noticed the same thing happens to me in the summertime when I'm really perspiring. Maybe try baby powder, too.

Switch your deoderant. Try a powder base like "sure" or suave, don't use those clear alcohol based deoderants. Then at night , shower, and apply a lotion like calamine, or Aveeno. G'luck
