for Night clubs there are a few (Visit detroit.com)also here it's apple orchard time there are some 25 min,away !!this people above me I would like to know there real experience You'll have a great time are you going to the casino?also or just party

Seriously, confused WHERE you heard this was a good city??? Someone was definitely lying to you. I have been there......as some said it isn't the worst, but most beautiful NOT EVEN CLOSE compared to other cities! Safest place for women are you kidding? Friendliest people! Stop me now because I can't stop laughing!
Seriously though really be careful, are you traveling alone? If so your crazy! I wouldn't leave the hotel either alone....

Why the hell are you going to Detroit? Not scared enough of getting shot and/or raped in your home city?
Follow the earlier poster's advice and if you have to be in the area go to Windsor.

If you've never been to a large city, Detroit will scare the crap out of you. Unless you bring mace or pepper spray, I wouldn't recommend leaving your hotel at night.
Seriously, PLEASE be cautious when you are there!
