The good effects of course, breaking down fat globs floating around in our blood vessels, is the price we pay for the cholesterol bumping into our vessels, causing scaring which makes these rough spots that trap those fat globs.

Thus sometimes fat gets clogged, sometimes all the build up of cholesterol 'bumping' (plaque) gets clogged up. This usually happens in those little (but so necessary) arteries on the heart which feed it's muscles. Can you say "Cardiac Event"!!!!
