You didn't give units for charge (coulombs?) or distance (meters?). Force is given by

F= (1/4*pi*e0)*q1*q2/d^2

e0 is permittivity of space = 8.85^10^-12 Fd/m. F will be in newtons if q1 and q2 are in coulombs and d is in meters. Since you did not specify any ratio or other comparison between the charges, we can assume they are the same, in which case

F=(1/4*pi*e0)*q^2/d^2
