There are some online "address books" where you can do a reverse search and simply enter the phone number of a place and the search results show you the address of that location.

Actually, it's easy. Go to Yahoo search or google search and type in reverse directory. Several different directories will pop up. Pick one, and you'll be able to input the phone number you have. Clicking search should find you the address you're looking for!
