I read a few years ago that uneducated people have more children than educated people.

first of all i don't what you mean by lay minded people. if you mean weak minded people vs. strong minded people then i can answer your question. both weak and strong minded people have babies. if i weren't for these two kinds of people we would'nt be here.therefore this concept is not true

I think that responsible that actually think about the consequences and benefits of having children do what is going to be good for the children and if their are ready.
Lay back people maybe they know what they doing.But don't put much thought into what they are actually sacrificing what they actually have to do.
